Upgrades include Drive-Thru ITMs, Exterior and Interior Refresh
Our Arrowhead location, at 2808 SW Arrowhead Road, will transition their current drive-thru services to Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) featuring Video Tellers. Once installation is complete, all Azura drive-thrus will operate consistently with ITMs and Video Tellers serviced by our local team.
In addition, the exterior of the office and portions of the interior will receive a fresh coat of paint in brand colors similar to our newer branches, like Wanamaker, Olathe, Mission and - coming this winter - Ottawa.
The upgrade process began in early August and is anticipated to be completed at the end of September. Services will remain accessible inside the Arrowhead lobby throughout construction with lobby hours temporarily extended 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday to accommodate our members' needs.
As part of this transition, the Night Drop at Arrowhead will be temporarily inaccessible. Members may utilize Night Drop Boxes at 1080 SW Wanamaker Road or 1129 S. Kansas Avenue; or, make deposits at ITMs at other locations (with their debit card).
What does the scope of work include?
- The drive-thru lanes will be converted to house two ITMs with Video Teller services.
- The ATM at the Barrington Shopping Center will be upgraded to an ITM with Video Teller services.
- There are plans to construct the drive-thru with the option to include a third machine if traffic data proves it is needed.
- Fresh exterior paint and some interior painting.
