ITM 101: When do you need your debit card?

We’re all familiar with the automated teller machine (ATM). Whether in the lobby of your office building or a kiosk in a shopping mall, ATMs are at the very root of convenience banking. So what exactly is an ITM? An Interactive Teller Machine is an ATM with connection to a real Azura Teller. The video teller can guide you through every step of your transaction and answer questions about your account. Lost your wallet or misplaced your ID? Don't stress. Our Video Tellers can use other forms of verification to ensure safety for your account.

With added convenience, our ITM's are available from 8AM - 6PM Monday through Friday, and 9AM - 12PM on Saturdays. During those hours, it doesn't matter if your card is lost, stolen or even if you don’t have one, you can still use the ITM. 

Here's How: ITM ID Verification

1. Visit your nearest ITM location!
2. Tap the "Talk to Teller" button on the screen.
3. Once your local Video Teller appears, they'll verify your identity.

It's that simple! All that is left to do is complete your transaction and continue to have an Above & Beyond day. So next time, skip the line and visit our ITM's for a quick, safe and more convenient way to bank.
