In 2019, Azura Credit Union's Beyond Checking paid over $668,500 to account holders through dividends and refunded ATM fees.
This amount was the result of over $74,000 in ATM fee refunds and $594,000 in dividends paid. In total from 2019, Azura paid over $3.9 million in dividends back to its account holders for all deposit accounts.

Azura’s Beyond Checking account offers a competitive bonus rate for account holders who are looking to go beyond a traditional checking account. The account offers the highest rate of all Azura checking accounts being paid monthly when qualifications are met.
The three monthly qualifications include:
- 15 debit card transactions at a minimum amount of $5 each
- At least one Direct Deposit or ACH Auto Debit
- Signing up to receive e-statements
In addition to the bonus rate on balances up to $15,000 this account also offers ATM surcharge refunds. The account even earns interest when the requirements are not met, just not at the bonus rate level.
