In a rush and have a check to cash? We thought of that. Our ITMs allow for check cashing during branch hours using our Video Tellers! As a bonus, our Video Tellers are the same friendly, local faces you're used to seeing at Azura. Now, you don’t have to lose that personal touch while experiencing all the benefits of using our ITMs - including check cashing.

Follow these easy steps to get started with your check cashing needs.

1. Find the Nearest ITM Location

For a full list of our ITM locations, visit here.

2. Select 'Talk to Teller' on the ITM Screen

Our Video Tellers will be notified of the request and be with you quickly! Once they appear on screen, you're ready for the next step.

3. Follow ID Verification Instructions

In order to ensure the safety feature of our ITMs, our video tellers will verify your identity.

4. Work to Complete Your Transaction

After verifying your identity, our Video Tellers are able to access your account to get your requests completed in a timely manner. For check cashing, this will include inserting your check into the "check deposit" track of the ITM. As an additional safety measure, signatures are required on the check deposits - regardless of cash back. Our video tellers will then receive a scanned image of the check, making your request(s) that much easier!

Whether you're getting it all in cash or splitting a deposit, don't sweat how you get the bills. Our ITM's allow the added benefit of denomination selection.

Video Teller Hours

Our video teller services are available for extended hours - offered Monday-Friday from 9am - 6pm and on Saturday's from 9am-12pm. Outside of business hours, our ITM's still offer a number of 24/7 Self-Serve Access transactions. Give it a try today and next time, skip the line!
